BenaBooth photo messaging
Privacy notice
This notice describes how Alvaro Benavides, operating BenaBooth as Alvaro’s Photobooth, handles photo text requests at private family events.
Information used
If you request a photo by text, BenaBooth uses your mobile number, the finished photo, the request ID, the time and wording of your consent, and the delivery status. Texting is optional. You can take and view a photo without entering a number.
Delivery and support
We use this information to deliver the requested photo, record consent, prevent duplicate messages, honor opt-outs, and help with delivery problems. Each request is for one picture message. Message and data rates may apply.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the delivery service and temporary photo copy. Twilio and mobile carriers process the information needed to send the message. We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile information or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared for others’ own use. Service providers receive only the information needed to perform the requested delivery and support it.
Storage and retention
If the iPad is offline, it stores the number and a finished photo copy so it can retry. After the messaging service accepts a request, the iPad removes the queued photo copy and keeps the number, request time, and status in the owner’s log. The current booth log and server consent records do not have a scheduled deletion date.
The hosted photo link expires after 48 hours. Cloudflare is configured to remove temporary media after two days. Anyone with a valid link can view its photo. Original photos stored at the booth are separate. Recipients and their carriers may retain copies of delivered messages.
Your choices
Use Back to leave number entry without requesting a message. For photo delivery messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email al_b2007@yahoo.com.
